Alfalfa & Broccoli Sprouts Directions:

• Take an empty plastic sprout or cherry tomato package and wash well.
• Cut a square of fabric to fit bottom of plastic container.
• Place cloth in bottom of container and wet well.
• Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of seeds on cloth.
• Place container on saucer, leaving a small amount of water in bottom.
• First two days keep out of sun making sure to keep damp.
• On day three rinse under facet very gently and place in sunny spot.
• Continue to rinse daily and keep damp.
• By day six the container should be full.
• Place in fridge and enjoy! Sprouts for pennies.
